Bukit Timah Hike with the TSAB community

It really excites me to be able to gather 36 people from the community of outdoor enthusiasts from my trekking blog.

Last week I posted up a post and subsequently broadcasted an email to the community about a bukit timah hike today. Many responded. In fact the first blog post came in with 77 comments within that short week of notice.

It was fun replying to all of the community friends and organising the taxi pools etc. I wish I had it more organised though. I had all the email and telephone numbers sitting in a Google Docs spreadsheet file, and it was kinda messy. Next time will create a new campaign for each outing to better organise the emails out.

So today was the day we were set to meet and do the short hike together. It was quite a blast! I feel so happy to be able to see all the happy faces on a Sunday morning.
